Dutch Auction, an auction marketplace startup serving both B2B and B2C buyers, needed to grow user signups and business partnerships in parallel from a near-cold start — with a small team and no proven acquisition playbook.
Approach
- Acted as Head of Growth and built the team out to include a Junior Growth Hacker, remote agencies, and specialist assistants
- Ran a lean-startup, experiment-first growth playbook across acquisition channels, landing pages, and onboarding
