Systematic Experimentation That DrivesInternational Growth
High-velocity experimentation across your international funnels. We run 15+ tests per month, with every experiment tied to revenue — not vanity metrics.
Why Your Growth Experiments Aren’t Delivering
Most experimentation programs fail because they lack velocity, structure, and cultural awareness.
Low Test Velocity
Running 1–2 tests per quarter instead of per week means it takes years to find what works. By then, your market has moved on.
HiPPO-Driven Decisions
When the Highest Paid Person’s Opinion overrides data, your optimization efforts are random bets, not systematic improvement.
Vanity Metrics, No Revenue Impact
Celebrating a 5% lift in button clicks while ignoring that it didn’t move pipeline or revenue. Most experimentation programs can’t prove ROI.
International Blind Spots
What converts in Germany may fail in Japan. Running the same tests across markets without cultural adaptation wastes budget and produces misleading data.

Rapid implementation of winning experiments. Our engineering team turns validated winners into production features fast, so your gains compound instead of sitting in a backlog.
What Sets Us Apart
Three reasons international brands choose Silkdrive for growth experimentation.
Cross-Cultural Experimentation Intelligence
We don’t run the same test in every market. Our native-market analysts develop culturally informed hypotheses, ensuring experiments are relevant and results are actionable for each market.
Revenue-Attributed Experimentation
Every experiment we run is tied to revenue, not clicks. Our attribution framework connects test results to pipeline and sales, so you can prove ROI to leadership every month.
Full-Stack Embedded Team
Strategy, data science, design, and engineering — embedded in your workflow. We operate as an extension of your team, not a disconnected agency.
Our Growth Experimentation Process
A proven three-phase approach to systematic international experimentation.
Audit & Prioritize
We analyze your funnel data, heatmaps, user recordings, and competitive landscape across markets. Opportunities scored using ICE framework and prioritized by revenue potential.
Test & Learn
15+ experiments per month across your highest-impact touchpoints. Each test designed with cultural variants for international markets, tracked with rigorous statistical methodology.

What Is Growth Experimentation?
Growth experimentation is a systematic, data-driven approach to testing hypotheses across the full customer journey — not just landing pages. It encompasses every touchpoint where a potential customer interacts with your brand: from ad creative and messaging, through onboarding and activation, to retention and referral. The goal is to identify the specific changes that drive measurable business outcomes, then compound those wins over time.
At the heart of effective experimentation is a prioritization framework. The most widely used is ICE scoring, which evaluates each experiment idea on three dimensions: Impact (how much will this move the needle if it wins?), Confidence (how sure are we this will work based on data and insights?), and Ease (how quickly and cheaply can we run this test?). ICE scoring transforms experimentation from a random collection of test ideas into a disciplined, ROI-focused program.
International experimentation is significantly harder than single-market testing. Cultural variables introduce complexity at every level: what constitutes a trustworthy landing page differs between Germany and Japan, form length preferences vary by market, and even color psychology shifts across cultures. Sample sizes are often smaller in individual markets, requiring more sophisticated statistical methods like Bayesian analysis and sequential testing to reach valid conclusions. Regulatory differences in tracking — GDPR in Europe, APPI in Japan — add further constraints on data collection and personalization.
The data is clear on the value of velocity: companies running 10 or more experiments per month grow 2.1x faster than those running fewer. Structured CRO programs see an average ROI of 223%. Yet most companies run just a handful of tests per quarter, leaving enormous growth potential untapped. The difference between high-growth and stagnant organizations is not better ideas — it's the system and velocity with which they test, learn, and implement.
